CLIENT'S CHARTER

1. It takes about 10 minutes to issue the Vehicle Sticker.

2. Time is taken to issue Worker Pass 3 day working days.

3. Time is taken to issue Campus Card 3 working days.

4. The time it takes to process a Traffic Offence Notice is not more than 10 minutes.

5. It takes time to set up and install the Signage within 3 days working days.
