| AUXILIARY POLICE & SECURITY CENTER (APSeC)

SERVICES PROVIDED FOR UPM STUDENTS:-

 

1. UPM STUDENT VEHICLE STICKER

Student Vehicle Stickers are issued by the UPM Security Division (BKU) to UPM students to facilitate the process of inspecting student vehicles entering the campus area. For application please complete online form at Putra ASIS

 

2. TRAFFIC SUMMON CHECKING

The Security Division is the traffic law enforcement force in the UPM campus (Universiti Putra Malaysia (Students' Discipline) Rules 2005> Part IV> Road Traffic Discipline). If you obtain a Traffic Offense Notice, please come to the UPM Security Counter to make payment. Please check your suit at http://www.e-saman.upm.edu.my/

 

3. DIRECTION SIGNAGE APPLICATION

The Security Division provides signage services for programs / activities held in the UPM campus. UPM staff and students can make an application by completing the OPR/APSeC/BR03/TANDA Signboard Application Form in two (2) copies and submitted to the Security Division Counter at least three (3) days before the start date of the activity.

 

4. VEHICLE ESCORT SERVICE APPLICATION

The Security Division provides escort services to the vehicles of UPM invited guests (VIPs) who attend an activity / program held on the UPM campus. Applicants are required to complete the OPR/APSeC/BR01/IRING Vehicle Escort Application Form in two (2) copies and submitted to the Security Division three (3) days before the activity is carried out.

Staff Vehicle Stickers are issued by the UPM Security Division (BKU) for permanent staff and university contracts to facilitate the process of inspecting staff vehicles entering the campus area. For application please complete online form at Putra ASIS

                             

2. SCHEDULE TO OPEN/CLOSE DOORS IN THE CAMPUS

The Security Division is responsible for the access control of vehicles entering / exiting the campus. The following is the operating schedule for opening / closing gates on campus:-

The Security Division provides a map of the UPM campus (Serdang Campus) as a guide to all campus residents and visitors who deal with the University.
