APSeC is the enforcement body of the traffic regulation within the UPM campus [University Putra Malaysia Regulation (Student Disciplinary Rules) 2005 > Part IV > Road Traffic Disciplines]. If you get a Traffic Offence Notice, please visit the UPM Security Division counter to make a payment. Please check your summons at http://www.e-saman.upm.edu.my/

 

Based on Regulation 48 (1), Universitiy Putra Malaysia Regulation (Student Disciplinary Rules) 2005 > Part IV > Road Traffic Disciplines:-

 

"The disciplinary authority may at its discretion, in lieu of taking disciplinary proceedings under Part V, impose a summary disciplinary punishment of a warning or a fine not exceeding fifty ringgit upon any student who commits a disciplinary offence under this Part in the presence of or within  the sight of the disciplinary authority:

 

Provided that before such punishment is imposed on the student, the disciplinary authority shall inform him of the disciplinary offence committed by him and give him an opportunity to make, on the spot, oral representations in respect of the offence"
