1. Don't panic and be calm.

2. Contact the APSeC Control Center at 03-9769 7990/7470/1999 or the Police or Ambulance at 999.

3. Do not approach the accident/emergency area unless necessary.

4. Assist/ protection to victims (if necessary) before other assistance arrives.

5. Follow current instructions from security team members.
