Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh and Salam Sejahtera.
Alhamdulillah, all praises be to Allah SWT, Lord of the universe with His grace and pleasure we can still breathe until today to fulfill our obligations as His servants and caliphs on earth. I take this opportunity to express my sincere thanks and welcome you to the Auxiliary Police & Security Center (APSeC), UPM website.
APSeC a department within Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) is the foremost agency in providing physical security protection services to campus residents. This aims to ensure the safety and well-being of our beloved campus remains preserved. As a body that has Police powers under the Police Act 1967, we act as a law and regulation enforcement body on campus in addition to providing advisory services to the university management in security aspects.
APSeC website has been created to provide information related to the functions and services of the department to all campus residents including students, employees, visitors, parents, stakeholders and so on. The information displayed is also constantly updated to ensure that it is always relevant and up-to-date. It is hoped that with the existence of this website, all information related to the services provided can be channeled to users so that the quality of service delivery and the level of efficiency of the department can be improved as well as creating a sense of security for the ladies and gentlemen while on the UPM campus.
I welcome any thoughtful suggestions and views from ladies and gentlemen to make APSeC a superior and progressive department in line with the university's mission and vision to become an internationally reputable university in making a meaningful contribution to the formation of wealth and national development as well as universal human progress through the exploration and dissemination of knowledge.
Wassalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh.
